Vehicle was stolen. Havent made first payment yet. Purchased on 2/27/16, insurance switched after loan was approved on 3/2/16, insurance company states that due to florida laws, coverage wouldnt begin until 4/1/16. Therefore, uninsured and lender stating that buyer needs to continue to pay full payments since insurance wont cover. Help?

You need to read that insurance policy, because FL law does not prohibit your insurance coverage from beginning immediately. Actually, coverage on a car needs to be in place immediately upon putting a license plate on it in FL, so please explain better what happened, because if you really did not have insurance, you are going to be liable for these payments?
