Customer Question

I was issued a citation for a misdameanor on a TR-130 (traffic/non traffic notice to appear) and the officer put a saturday court date for the arrainment. I did not get a TR-100 (notice of correction and proof of service) prior to the date on my original citation, then 4 months go by and I get a letter from the DDA's office advising me to appear in court the following month and that this letter i being provided as a courtsey to me. Would not having recived the TR-100 be grounds dimislal of the charges?

Good morning. Did you bother to even show up when you saw the arraignment was on a Saturday or call the clerk of court to see if this was a mistake? Also, just to be clear, no action was taken and then you received the notice, resetting the court date?
