Customer Question

my wife as had her license suspended at the scene of an accident because "she was to old" Isn't this a case of age rights discrimination or a civil rights law? She is 83 years old and plans to quit driving when she is 85. the police officer also said that he was trying to get older drivers off of the road. I don't know that policemen made the law. My wife really needs her license for shopping etc in the local area. Please reply.
