Customer Question

I am a recruiter and have a client who is past due on an invoice. We have a written agreement signed by both parties. My question is; "Does non-payment for services rendered constitute breach of contract and what can I expect to be awarded, compensatory and punitive, if I take them to court?"
Thanks, Jim

Thank you for using JustAnswer.
