I was scheduled to have a hearing in a Securities and

Customer Question

I was scheduled to have a hearing in a Securities and Banking matter for the 22nd of December where evidence was supposed to be exchanged by the 16th. The date pasted, I supplied my evidence and nothing was presented by the opposition. Now, the hearing is being rescheduled AGAIN. Is there anything I can do to have this case dismissed?

So, the date of the hearing was continued by the agency after you submitted your evidence to the other party?
