In trying to sell a truck to an out of state party, the

Customer Question

In trying to sell a truck to an out of state party, the "person organizing the sale" who knew the buyer, told me to put her name on the title along with the rightful buyer. She said that was what the buyer wanted. After the BOS and Title got to buyer, he blew up and said that this "organizer" was not supposed to be on the title etc. Now this Girl, "middle person' "organizer" is claiming ownership in truck. Both the real buyer and me (the seller) say this is due to a false statement by the 'organizer'. How do we, the seller and rightful buyer, straighten this up?

Hello. My name is***** will be happy to answer your question.
I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.

Who is the person who is "organizing the sale"?

Why did you need this organizer?

Do you realize that once the title is transferred to another person that person becomes lawful owner of the vehicle?
