I exchanged cash, work & unpaid note, only to find out later

Customer Question

I exchanged cash, work & unpaid note for property, only to find out later that there was a judgment, not indexed correctly with correct spelling of judgment debtor's name and not disclosed to the bankruptcy trustee until long after it was renewed, amended, attempts to execute on it, and only after it was challenged that the judgment should have gone through as an asset in bankruptcy proceedings. I'm in Idaho
Is the judgment valid to attach to the property I bought?

Hello. My name is***** will be happy to answer your question.
I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.

Was the judgment properly discharged or not in the bankruptcy proceedings?

When was bankruptcy case closed?

What is the amount of judgment?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is questionable if it was 'properly' discharged in bankruptcy proceedings - there my be fraud involved in the non-disclosure of this asset judgment of almost $40,000, and the time it set outside bankruptcy while the bankruptcy debtor attempted to collect on it - only reopening the bankruptcy to include it after challenged. Then it appears it was discharged and the judgment was sold for 1,200.00 and the remains...I'm not sure about. I'm not sure when the bankruptcy was closed again. I can probably find out
