I have a dispute with Pacific Aire over a unit that was installed, has not been able to be fixed by Pacific Aire. When first applying for a loan too pay for the unit, I found out that it was for credit card loan. The work has not been satisfactory, and I cannot pay for something that doesn't work well. Long story short, I am due for arbitration for next Tuesday. What is my outlook?
