I am a 2nd year resident in an OBGYN program I completed a residency in family practice. when I started my residency there were a group of attending who felt like I was not at an advanced level as I should be however my program started me out as a first year. 8 month into my training these attending wrote a letter stating that I should not return. I was placed on remediation and have a letter stating I successfully completed my remediation and have it it writing now I am ending my second year, the same attending wrote a letter to the dean stating that I should not have my contract renewed. A new committee was formed near the end of my 2nd year called the CCC designed for resident advancement thus now I do not have a 3rd year contract. what can I do
