I filed a malpractice claim against a large medical center

Customer Question

I filed a malpractice claim against a large medical center that severely injured me wherein I was on the verge of dying and remained gravely ill for almost 2 years unable to move about. When I became strong enough I started seeking legal advise to start a claim against this institution, but told the statute of limitations prevents me from pursuing my claim further and the attorneys for the plaintiff sought and were grant a dismissal from the Judge citing that I caused my injuries and that they are not responsible for the life threatening injuries I received while in their. What recourse do I have to reverse this decision by the Judge because I fail to file my claim within the statute of limitations.
