During tax season I got a group of men together to promote

Customer Question

During tax season I got a group of young men together to promote the tax company I worked for. The person responsible for promoting sent us out to a location and one of the young men was harrassed by the police for standing out promoting the company. Does the company have some responsibility for making sure the workers are safe?

Yes. The company can take steps to ensure that the employees are adequately trained, comply with city ordinance about promotions, speak with the Police Chief to ensure that the employees are not harassed.
