Customer Question

Dog trainer/owner in KY has mommy Sheltie dog in airplane crate with puppies. Called animal control and they said the law says he is not breaking says crate only has to be big enough to stand and turn around. Nothing about time out of crate, etc. how can we help this poor mommy????

Regrettably, if you have contacted Animal Control and you have been informed that the owner is not breaking the law, then you do not have any other option except going to the owner and making a suggestion of what other crates that he or she can use. You can even volunteer to purchase the new crate for the owner and see if that would work.
