If I received notice for complaints of my dog barking while I took him out to the bathroom; do I have the right to see the actual complaints in ordered to narrow down actual incidences?

I am sorry for this dilemma. The law requires you have access to this information IF you changed with a crime.

However this will not extend to a civil circumstance that you describe. You can request they provide the information...but there is no law requiring they do so.
