County has issued warning to homeowner on-not keeping lawn cut, over the limit cars in yard must repair part of front porch at once. What can I do to get extra time?

I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.
Generally, if the homeowner has been giving a warning of a violation, if the violation is not corrected immediately or within the time stated in the warning notice, the HOA would start fining the member owner and generally the only option would be to submit a written request for extension of time to comply with violation notice, however, it would be up to the HOA board whether to grant such request for extra time to comply.
