I signed an employment agreement. However, the agreement will not become effective till I pass the credentialing process. What legal problem do I have if I do not take the agreement once the credentialing process is complete? Thanks.

If both parties (employer and prospective employee) have entered into the agreement and then you fail to start employment once you have successfully completed the credentialing process, then the employer could sue you for breach of contract and seek damages against you.
