The U.S. Islands Water and Power Authority (VIWAPA)

Customer Question

The U.S. Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (VIWAPA) water in my home has been the color of black coffee since Thursday, July 16th. As hot as it is today, I cannot take a shower because my water is chocolate brown. I cannot drink it, cook with it, wash dishes or clothes in it, or even wash my hands in it!
The water is full of dirt. How are we expected to live this way?
I need to file a formal complaint. Please advise! Thanks.

Thank you for your question. I look forward to working with you to provide you the information you are seeking for educational purposes only.Have you filed a complaint with the VIWAPA yet (I know it may sound like a stupid question, but you did not say and I need to ask)? What did they tell you?
