Customer Question

I recently was sentenced by a federal judge to 5 years. I plead approximately a year and a half ago. At sentencing the Judge claimed that the initial sentence calculation was incorrect and felt it should be higher--which the prosecutor rejected--as a result I still received the 5 years. However the Judge took it upon himself when mentioned to him that my mother who is 102 with dementia he stated that she wouldn't even know in a few years what happened. He also stated that I owed my former Atty money --which is not true.i submitted a letter from a neighbor who sees me stop in church daily --his comment sarcastic to my Atty was counselor do you go to church every day.
