Is 3 years too late to contest eviction by abusive and fraudulent

Customer Question

Is 3 years too late to contest eviction by abusive and fraudulent means. I presently have a written statement written by step children who libeled themselves by admitting my lawsuit against them was true.

It may be too late, however I need to know what state this occurred within. If you can provide me with the state, I can tell you what the applicable statute of limitations is relative to this issue. I look forward to hearing back from you and providing further assistance. Thanks
