I am very frustrated with how big companies are taking advantage of people, including myself and not being held accountable. They penalize us endlessly and they get away with endless wrong doing. I have an issue with my bank and one with my car loan provider.
The bank: I HAD a revolving loan that I could utilize at my leisure. I had my payments set up to be automatically debited from my account. However, I kept getting endless phone calls about delinquent payment s.....which I shouldn't have because of my automatic debits. I went into the bank approximately 6-7 trying to figure out the issue. I talked to loan officers, managers, and branch managers in person. Ever one assures me that it's on auto debit. They even showed me the screen. Essentially with my last visit, I went in because they closed and refused to re-open my account , they figured out that they had not hit one final button that initiated the process. This was a minimum of 6-8 months. In the end, they apologized but
