I am wondering why I got an SSSS on my boarding pass coming

Customer Question

I am wondering why I got an SSSS on my boarding pass coming from Calgary to Houston on Thursday, and if if is likely to happen again. Here are what I think are the relevant facts:
I applied for global entry in preparation for this trip and was approved in April.
The name on my United airlines account had my maiden name in place of my middle name (as does my drivers license). My passport and global entry card have my actual maiden name, so I asked United to change my account - which they did. This was also in April.
I booked my tickets to/from Calgary nine months ago using frequent flier miles.
I was traveling alone.
I changed my seat a few times before the flight.
I fly a few times a year, and in the past have flown much more frequently. My last trip out of the country was 5 years ago - also to Calgary.
I am a 63 year old Caucasian female born I. The U.S. with a professional job and no arrests.

Hello and thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you today!
Most the time this will happen if you purchase the ticket close to your departure date. It's just a extra level of screening and is random.
If you try to purchase the ticket further away from your destination date or do not use cash but credit not sure which way you purchased.
