HI,

My name is ***** ***** I am happy to assist you.

No it does not have to be labeled as a tree nut allergen.

“There is no evidence in the available information on [substance] that demonstrates, or suggests reasonable grounds to suspect, a hazard to the public when they are used at levels that are now current or might reasonably be expected in the future.”

The following link states how to properly use the coconut oil and if you have further questions please let me know.

The response and link was in regards ***** ***** butter derived from coconut oil, not my question at all. I believe coconut and coconut oil have to be labeled as a Big 8 allergen - please send evidence one way or the other, thank you---
