I have a legal will in the state of Fl. Is it legal in the state of Florida to add a codicil to add a second executor ? I currently have my nephew as executor and want to ad me neice. I know I have to get it notarized etc and make it Neil OR Wendy.

Yes you can do a new codicil here and change your will in Florida.
Here is a Codicil Form you can complete to do this and sign it with a notary and two witnesses just like the will.As long as you have capacity to do so you can always change your will with a codicil here under Florida law.
