Sir, I can not email you...but here is the answer
That may well be true. In the literally hundreds of cases I have handled, I have not seen allergic rhinitis.
That said, there IS a rating for this.
If you look at 38 CFR 4.97, section 6522 it provides
6522 Allergic or vasomotor rhinitis:
With polyps 30
Without polyps, but with greater than 50-percent obstruction of nasal passage on both sides or complete obstruction on one side
So it CAN be rated...heck, it is right there in the CFR (code of federal regulations-the law used by the VA to assign rating system)
