This question is regarding Florida HOA Minutes. Is it illegal

This question is regarding Florida HOA Minutes.
Is it illegal to put the names and or lot numbers of members who have been fined or owe back dues? The names lot numbers are not posted publicly just put in the minutes.

Can you reference a state statute if it is?

Thank you for your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I am a Florida licensed attorney. I will do whatever I can to answer your questions!

It is not illegal. Under Florida Sunshine Law all financial records and minutes must be available for homeowner inspection upon request. If any action is taken or proposed regarding a specific homeowner or lot, it should be reflected in the minutes

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I would be glad to assist you further if I can
