I have 3 adult children from previous marriage and pay alimony

This answer was rated:

I have 3 adult children from previous marriage and pay alimony to my ex for life.
Nothing in the final divorce papers addresses life insurance benefits after all 3 turned 18 years.
I owe no money to anyone else.

I am now remarried.

If I die and my will gives my current spouse all of my life insurance money, can my ex or 3 adult kids challenge it in any way?
Hello. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be happy to answer your question.

Is your current spouse the only current beneficiary of your life insurance?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Thank you for your follow up.

Life Insurance Police / Contract is not subject to the probate and the life insurance proceeds would be paid to the current beneficiary under your life insurance policy upon your death and an ex-wife or adult children would not have any legal claim to it.

I wish you the best of luck!
