I bought a hot tub new, it worked for 5 days, then it would only heat the water to 83 degrees. so I asked to exchange it and was informed they dont accept any returns, their company policy they claim excludes me from my rights to people with disablites act. I want to sue them for $25.000.

Hi, thanks for your question. You should hire a lawyer for specific legal advice. No attorney client relationship is created here.

Are you talking to the store, or the manufacturer?

Terry L. :

Terry L. :

It's likely a thermostat issue

Terry L. :

If you paid with a credit card, your card may offer extended warranty as well. If the manufacturer isn't helping, try them

Terry L. :

Let me know

Terry L. :

Thanks, Terry

Terry L. :

If all else comes to fail, then you can file a small claims case.

You should have estimates on repair costs too if it gets that far.
