how do i dismiss a party? I believe it is form CIV-110 for california civil court. I am trying to dismiss ONE PARTY, without dismiss the entire group. NEED help filling out the form

Check Box 1(a)(2) "without prejudice."
Check Box 1(b)(6), and enter name of defendant to be dismissed.
Check Box 2, dependent on whether anyone's fees were waived in the case (probably "did not").

If defendant has not filed a cross-complaint, then that's it. Date, sign, take to clerk.

Hope this helps.

do i sign in both section 2 & 3??

You sign in 2. No one need sign 3, to dismiss a party.

Note: You must serve notice of the dismissal (form CV-120) on all other parties to the case.

Hope this helps.

do i sign page 2?

If you check the "did not" box on page one, section 2., then, you leave page two blank.

Hope this helps.
