(the!“Employee)!effective!immediately.

As!per!your!resignation!email!dated!April!9,!2013!at!4:26PM,!your!employment!with!
XXXX!is!complete.!!This!letter!states!the!mutually!agreed!upon!
terms!of!the!resignation!and!separation:
1. The!Employee!will!no!longer!be!employed!by!the!Employer!and!will!be!
effective!April!9,!2013!at!4:26PM.!!No!further!salary!or!compensation!will!be!
granted!past!the!time!stamp!stated above!unless!mutually!agreed!upon!
hereafter!with!regards!to XXX Company
2. The!Employee!will!no!longer!access!or!utilize!email!or!affiliated!accounts,!or!
