Company hasn't given suit info to insurer yet. Frankly, just noticed in the insurance that it should. Also, does you first name start with a z? what is it :-)

I would recommend that the company send over a copy of the lawsuit to the insurer and demand a defense under the policy. The company has to make sure to trigger the insurer's duty to defend and to not take any action which might prejudice the insurer and take the claim out of coverage.
