I co-signed a business loan for my then son-in-law. The business is closed, he divorced my daughter and left town. I withdrew from my 401K to pay off the loan. Do I have any legal recourse to now recover the payment from him?

Customer:

Thank you very much for your answer. I just need reassurance that is a viable recourse.
