Hello, my name is Ely. Welcome to JustAnswer. Please note: (1) this is general information only, not legal advice; and (2) my function is to give you honest information and not necessarily to tell you what you wish to hear. There may be a slight delay between your follow ups and my replies as I reply.

Is this in STATE or federal court, please? Also, what court/county?

This is not an answer, but an Information Request. I need this information to answer your question. Please reply, so I can answer your question. Thank you in advance.

Thank you. I am going to opt out of your question and open this up for other experts.

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

PACER will not show whether a party missed a hearing and the county clerk does not handle federal cases.

The only way you are going to be able to find this out is to call the federal court clerk for the specific court your case is in and ask them what parties attended the hearing.

Please let me know if you have further questions regarding this matter.
