Hi, and thank you for your patience. With regard to your post:

I have 3 DUI's in ct. The last one was 6 years ago. I was wondering if I can ever get my license back

By law, until January 1, 2013, you, a third-time offender may seek restoration of your license if six years have passed. You will have to drive only interlock-equipped vehicles for 10 years. Starting January 1, 2013, however, the law allows an offender to seek restoration of his or her license after two years on the condition that the driver operate only interlock-equipped vehicles for as long as he or she drives. (After 15 years of driving these vehicles, the you may ask that this condition be lifted, and the commissioner may do so after a hearing and for good cause.) Thus, you may want to seek restoration BEFORE Jan. 1, so at least your ingition device requirement is curbed at 10 years and is not permanent.
