This answer was rated:

is there a law prohibiting two consenting adults (18 years or older) from sending nude or semi nude webcasts between one another???both parties may or may not be in the same state or even in the same country...there may alsobe additional participantsall consenting adults as well...viewing the same broadcasts...will it also depend on the township/city/municipalities...
Thanks for the chance to help. I am an attorney with over 12 years experience. Hopefully I can help you with your legal question.

The same country would be an issue...since the laws from both counties would be implicated.

Under US law, if both parties are adults, the the issue turns to if the depictions are "illegal pornography". Under US law, this standard is the material is illegal if it tends "to deprave or corrupt those whose minds are open to such immoral influences, and into whose hands a publication of this sort may fall."

Pretty broad language...but in practice, if it is just naked adults, it is not illegal. What would be illegal would be if animals/urine/feces are involved.

if animals/urine/feces are NOT involved...are "normal sexual acts", intercourse, oral, etc...again, consenting adults...and does the municipality make a difference???
NO...municipality will not matter, since the federal law will trump. We are talking about a private communication between consenting adults, and not something that is being sold in commerce, correct?

If so then the US obscenity law will control.

one last statement/ websites that provide webcam services which provide before described services...between consenting adults and w/o exchange of money, are legal???
No money exchange? And between consenting adults in the privacy of their home? Non issue.

Now...if you wanted to broadcast this in the town square? You may have an issue with local regulations.

But if this is for the private consumption of consenting adults and is not in violation of obscenity laws (no urine/feces/animals) there is nothing illegal about it.
