Relative, 86 yr old widow, sold townhouse 5-31-11. At closing, her HOA, somehow had title company withold $6600.00 for supposed hail damage to roof. Roof had passed final inspection for closing! Insurance company refuses to acknowledge any hail damage, rather roof is worn out. Mutual Mgt. Co. will not return money based on these findings? Please advise. I suggest you contact the AZ Insurance Commission - here is that contact information - and file a complaint against the insurance company since the other homes were covered.
