I had asked for a public hazard bond and a licence from a lawyer

Customer Question

I had asked for a public hazard bond and a licence from a lawyer in court and the judge stoped her response and said that he knew her and told her to give me her bar #. I was denied the proof that she was even qualified or leagal to represent her client. What law is it that denied my right to get the proper answers? I really feel wronged by the judges actions. Gary

The roll of licensed attorneys is public record. In the judge's courtroom he may take judicial notice that the attorney is a member of the bar and qualified to appear in his or her court. You can check with the bar to find out if the attorney is in good standing.
