Hello there:

A moving violation or traffic accident for which you are responsible is given one point. DUI, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, and other major violations are given two points per incident. Your driving privilege will be suspended if you accumulate 4, 6, or 8 points within the respective 1, 2, or 3 year period. As long as they were nothing more serious than speeding tickets, and as long as they did not all occur within 12 months, you will not lose your license.

If you have been to traffic school in the past 18 months, you will not be eligible; otherwise, your odds are very high as long as it is a simple speeding ticket (as opposed to something more serious, like reckless driving).

I hope that this helps.
