This answer was rated:

In an impending divorce in the state of Maryland, what are the responsibilities of the party who has sole use and possession of the home until it is sold? There is nothing in the divorce agreement other than the wife has sole use and possession of the home. Is that person (the wife) responsible for any and all repairs to the home, hauling trash, etc. and maintaining the home until it is sold?
