Can a condo association bill for back maintainence, if it had

This answer was rated:

Can a condo association bill for back maintainence, if it had not been billed originally.
How long ago was the maintenance done?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
it appears as if it is 4-5 yearsw worth. New Board noticed
If it is 4 to 5 years worth, that would be within the board's right to collect the back maintenance. The Association should consider a lawsuit against the prior board for negligence for not doing their job. That should be successful and could result in the money coming back to the members.

Good luck.

Thank you--I accept, but have a further question. Some of the board is hold over, so that puts us in a difficult situation. Is there any NJ Statute that I can look up for further info

Can you be more specific about what kind of statute you are looking for?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
