I suffer from PTSD, and have been subjected to a year long

Customer Question

I suffer from PTSD, and have been subjected to a year long discrimination process that resullted in being banned from a tennis club for advocating for accommodations for PTSD,and for ot Equal access is also at issue for any woman not allowed to participate in what appears to be mean spirited exclusionary interpretation of a clique of women who play on Wednesday. I have had my name defamed in a public forum, have had the Compliance Officer call my letter(s) from my psychiatrist nothing by unbelievable "crap," and have been given verbal decisions that are reversed and blame me as the problem rather than seeking a remedy for my PTSD. The year long process has caused at least 4 major ptsd attacks. Each attack takes about 2 months for recovery. The last bout of PTSD landed me in the hospital under suicide/depression watch with a guard at my door; high blood pressure; wet underwear; asthma attack and vomiting. What case law/ tort law and/or precedent setting legal opinions are there
