The tenant in the house keeps parking her car in such a way

This answer was rated:

The tenant in the house keeps parking her car in such a way as to block our driveway or park so close to the cars on the street that we can not move them. We have called the police 4 times in order to have her move. The landlord is of no help telling us we should have taken the limited parking into account before we moved in next door. We have taken pictures every time she parks her, blocking one of ours. What can we do to stop this harassment?

Since you are not getting any cooperation from the Landlord or the Tenant, your only option is to file a lawsuit against the Tenant and the Landlord requesting that the Tenant be forced to park her car in a way that does not block your access and also, requests that the Landlord be ordered to make sure that her Tenant complies with the Court order
