If you are the business owner and a new sales person feels that an experienced sales person (top seller) is not respecting her and she calls a meeting and the new sales person starts using inappropriate language and starts cussing at the more experienced sales person and the business owner does not say anything or even trys to stop the comments. Do you think it is time for the experienced person to move on and find another employeer that respect her talen?

This is a personal decision of course, but legally the employee would only be able to pursue legal claim if the comments are based on race/gender/age/nationality.
