Is there a law that pertains to "Taking advantage of a disabled veteran that loaned money to someone can wages be garnished"
There is nothing that just protects disabled vets. But if anyone lends money to someone, and that persons does not repay, the lender can sue the person for the money in court and if the lender wins the suit they can ask the court to issue a right to garnish that person's wages to repay the lender the debt.
