A child has forced himself on my 8 years daughter and kissed

Resolved Question:

A child has forced himself on my 8 years daughter and kissed her many times, this was reported to principle. Then he exposes his penis to my daughter this was reported. Then he starts to hit her this was reported. The principle decides to set up a fake restraining order letting the boy know to stay 10 ft away from my daughter, the very next day he violates the order and stands right in front of her staring and taunting her. What are my legal rights to protect my daughter and what responsibility does the school share in protecting the victim?

Hello,

How horrible for your child.

You can consider taking the following action:

1. Obtain a restraining order against the child on behalf of your daughter;

2. File suit against the school for permitting the sexual and physical abuse and harassment to continue; and

3. Notify CPS for the protection of the other child.

I hope that the information which I provided was helpful to you.

Best wishes for a successful outcome. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to submit them to me directly.
