would a type 1 diabetic, with a high blood sugar reading, have a false blood alcohol content reading from a blood sample (not a breath or urine test)?

Hi,

I have researched this online. Everything I found pertinent to blood alcohol as opposed to breathalizer indicates that LOW blood sugar could affect the alcohol reading, ot high. Want the sites I found?
