Customer Question

Can a court appointed guardian of a disabled person, who is also guardian of the person''s esate and co-trustee, along with a bank, fire the court appointed bank/professional trustee without going to court and take personal control over the assets of the disabled person?

If both are court appointed, only the court can remove on or both of them.

So no this person would have to ask the court to remove the professional trustee.
