Resolved Question:

Elder's 15-year-old nephew, Junior, is a genius who just graduated from college with a degree in electrical engineering and lives on his own. Elder and Junior enter into a written partnership contract whereby Elder agrees to fund an electronic equipment shop, in exchange for Junior's agreement to work in the shop. The contract period was two years. After six months, Junior wants to leave. Is it possible for Junior to escape from the contract? Why or why not?

Yes. A minor under 18 does not legally have the capacity to enter into binding contracts. Such contracts are voidable by the minor opposed to void altogether. That means that the adult cannot cancel the agreement..only the minor can.
