if a co-worker has taken a picture with their cell ...

Not technically. This is a humiliating act, but the employee had no expectatioin of privacy as they were at their employer's place of business. This is not defamtion, slander, or libel since it is a fact that they were sleeping rather than a rumor or lie being spread. If this coninutes and escalates to harrassment, they can be reported for that and the company would have to take action or the emplyee could file a case of dsicrimination based on harrassment; read HERE. It will need to be more than this one act to be considered legal harrassment however. If this matter excalates to a violent encounter, then a Restraining Order can be brought; read HERE.
