our tenant moved his daughter into our condo withour our permission she trashed our condo. Today she moved out. the lease was up. What can we do? The repairs are costing us way more than the deposit.

DearCustomer- The only thing you can do is file a suit against your tenant for damages that exceed the deposit money. Whether or not she lived there with or without your permission is not relevant at this point since there is damage caused during the tenant's control of the unit. Therefore the tenant is liable.
