How is her gum color just now (given her situation last time)?
What is her rectal temperature?
Is she eating at all?
Have you started pushing fluids, electrolytes, and propylene glycol (for energy)?
Goodness, the poor lass. She has been so unlucky! If she has increased pressure on her brain that usually will be due to space occupying lesions. In younger animals, it can be from brain bleeds (head trauma), parasitic cysts, inflammation or infection (ie bacterial, viral, protozoal, etc). Hopefully, they've started treating her to lower that pressure (they usually will perk up with that) and are isolating the root case triggering this for her.
Best wishes & do let me know how she gets on,
Good, I am glad they are. And as she is in specialist hands, they should be covering most our bases and give her the best chance here.
Best wishes for her,
