Good Morning and welcome! I am Dr. Loretta, a licensed veterinarian and I am happy to answer your question.
The best treatment for bloat (frothy or gas) is to pass a large bore stomach tube and try to get the gas and froth to be passed....after all the gas is removed that you can get, introduce 1 gallon of mineral oil which will neutralize the gas producing bacteria. This can be repeated as needed.
In severe cases, a large trocar can be placed in the left flank to release the gas....this may have to be done a few times. In most cases, the mineral oil will resolve this.
